What is cr.dev.br?
The official digital sovereignty hub, software download center, and community support platform for independent privacy-first initiatives, featuring an extensive suite of zero-knowledge CR-APPs (SFWAs) and local desktop utilities.
Who is behind the project?
Created and developed independently by César Ramos, professional auditor, accountant, and forensic tech advocate dedicated to personal data sovereignty, transparent code, and autonomous software engineering.
Where does it operate?
In Brazil. Our server is located in Brazil. Our Single-File Web Apps (SFWA) operate within a strict zero-telemetry perimeter. Execution happens entirely on local hardware directly inside your desktop environment (Linux/Windows) or mobile browser RAM, completely independent of external cloud silos and corporate tracking.
How does it function?
Through lightweight code, native browser engines, and zero-knowledge architecture. Standalone executables and SFWAs run autonomously without installation bloat, telemetry trackers, or background server dependencies.
How much does it cost?
Core utilities and downloads are provided free of charge to our Premium Supporting Members. Several downloads (Trial downloads) are in direct access, while others require login. Registration in this site and owning an active account is the only way to obtain a legal license for any downloaded software or any use of our software. Access to this site includes free public resources alongside structured community membership tiers for dedicated project backing and extended tools.
